So I spent the last year going from non-technical founder to technical founder — with AI as my bridge. I didn't go back to school or grind through tutorials. I learned by building: AI systems that actually run my business, automations that handle operations, tools that solve real problems.

A year ago I couldn't read code. Now I ship it.

That's the unlock. Not "AI will do everything for you" — but AI as a lever that lets you become the builder you couldn't be before. And once you can build, everything changes.
